revisionism- #r2 [re] turned
The table's turned. Last year's num.2 was a reaction to my upstairs roommate. He was down and I found his presence obtrusive to the fun I was having. I was leading a life of pure indulgence and revelry and, whether it was that he wanted to participate or condemn, I found his observant gaze inhibiting.
Ironically, the table has turned, and now, as I look for people to entertain me (and secretly hate anyone who is happy), he's actually very jocular and says "yay! let's go out and play"
Hell is still other people but imagine if they were all like me.

The revisionist installments are a series of re-reaction paintings to the events that occurred, or were occurring at, the time of their corresponding numerations. Painted for the five by seven show to fill in previously sold works, they are by not meant as repaintings of the original works, but rather, as expansions on the concepts of their pre-numbered associate.
