05/11/06 - #36 Blackbird I was out for a walk in 'high' park,doing a little weekend wander, when I came across this fellow in the swamp. I think I liked him so much cause he looked like I felt. I had just finished a venti coffee from starbucks and he was all twitchy and jittery and would let out screams of (and pardon my bird call skills, i'm better with the whistling ones): tweet-tweet-screEEEEEEEEEEE, tweet-tweet-screEEEEEEEEE. Anyhow, I found it to be a nice little bit of nature and peaceful break from my usual downtown living (have I mentioned I'm getting old?). Anywho, aside from old, I also seem to be getting a little hippie with all my nature and animal and vegetarian pieces, next week I'll try to get back to all the guns and drugs and sex and things that made me famous.
